Today is my birthday - the big 2-4.

Most competitive swimmers are headed to Indianapolis at the end of this month for the U.S. Nationals competition, but alas, I won’t be there. Instead, I’m off to the City of Lights for the Paris Swimming Open.

I’ve never been to Paris before, so I can’t wait to take in the sights and the food.

More than 20 nations are supposed to be at this competition, which should be a nice opportunity to see what I need to work on and who I need to watch out for with the Olympics only a year or so away. I plan on swimming well and having a great time.
